Natural Nutrition Conference Call on Launch of iNutrition.com

I just had a chance to listen to the iNutrition conference call from 5/5/08 located here: http://www.inutrition.com/conference_call.php
I've listed some of the information below that details where iNutrition is now, their plans, and where Tim Connolly and Joel Therien want iNutrition to be in the future.

Tim Connolly's core business is Turnaround Partners and Corp Strategies
They do turnarounds of companies that have problems of some type
He is now 100% focused on the iNutrition Opportunity
Natural Nutrition is a holding co. of Interactive Nutrition(iNutrition), Connolly was in litigation for almost 2 yrs for control of Interactive Nutrition(iNutrition) from Ottowa Canada.
Connolly settled litigation for about 25 million and gained control. The original debt of Interactive was 32+ million.
Interactive did 17.5 million dollars in revenue last year with a little over 2 million in profit, the 1st year Connolly had control.
Company has stellar reputation for quality products, but was only operating at 30% of capacity.
Most previous sales were wholesale only in 18 countries including U.S., the new vision is direct to consumer.
Has the capacity to do 100 million dollars in sales out of current factory.
Want input from customers/distributors on new products
Want to be a wikipedia of sorts for nutritional supplements

Joel Therien was an endorsed athlete for iNutrition 10 years ago, that's how Connolly and he met.
Joel Therien got involved because of the quality of the products, and the manufacturing plant, which he says you can "eat off the floor".

They will not rush to market, do not want problems with any regulatory agencies.
iNutrition wants to do it right the first time.
Putting together a top notch leadership team.
The best legal team in network marketing, mlmlegal.com(Jeff Babener)
Consulting team sheffieldnet.com(Mike Sheffield)(has brought over 700 companies to market in last 25 yrs)
Would like to be in soft launch by end of summer and full launch for fall.
Can participate as an affiliate or just as a consumer of the products
If anyone goes to corporate site without a referrer, the company will pass those out, will not keep for company profits.
Connolly addresses the stock price depression, which has nothing to do with the business fundamentals and health. (But more to do with Cornell which I suggested before on this blog)

The outline of the proposed comp plan (not the final plan)
3x7 forced matrix w/expandable to unlimited depth.
Not doing binary because traditionally frowned upon by FTC.
Guarantee company will not directly sell any products in the US retail, all sales will go through affiliates.
Start up cost of $99 to less than $500
No duties to ship to US, have fulfillment centers on east and west coast
If one has network marketing experience, you can be part of founders club.

I suggest you listen to the call yourself, although the audio is not very loud.

The iNutrition Athletes

There is certainly a lot of information to digest about iNutrition from their filings or actually the parent company (Natural Nutrition) filings with the SEC. You can see the most recent at http://finance.yahoo.com/q/sec?s=NTNI.OB. A lot of it is somewhat complicated in nature. They are current with their filings and the only thing of concern to me is an agreement iNutrition made with Cornell Capital Partners,LP. Or I should say it would be a concern if I owned their stock, because Cornell is known to kill small company stock prices. You can read a little about the way Cornell can kill a stock here:
http://www.thestreet.com/stocks/brokerages/10284937.html
And I should point out the CEO Timothy Connolly owns over 59 million shares, and Jan Connolly (his wife?) owns over 58 million, so I'm sure they want their holdings to appreciate. From http://finance.yahoo.com/q/mh?s=NTNI.OB

But since I am not purchasing their stock, we are here to look at the opportunity. If this takes off the way it appears to be doing, iNutrition will pay Cornell in short order. So let's look at some athletes that use iNutrition products.

The following athletes from various sports that use iNutrition products and supplements.

Brian Robitaille - Bodybuilder

I also take my morning supplements which include 2 caps of Tribolan™, 2 caps of iNutrition HMB™. Post workout, I'll often have another ISO Whey™ protein shake along with Glutamine Stack™ (10g). Most evenings I'll finish the day with a serving of Protein P.M™ and more Tribolan and HMB. If I am on a circuit of creatine, then I'll supplement 10-15g of iNutrition Creatine™. If I plan a super-hard training, then I'll precede the training with a serving of Creatine Blast™. During pre-contest training phase, I'll also take 2 caps of Solean™ caps, twice a day. Of course, I snack on SoyOne™ Bars and Protein 2 Go™ bars throughout the day, between meals.

Train in the 8-12 rep range, depending on my goals for a particular muscle group
Supplementation: iNutrition protein powders, L-Glutamine, CLA and Metabolean
Consume 4-5 litres of water per day to stay hydrated

Monica Alongi - Fitness Model
Training and Nutrition Strategy:
A lifetime, drug free athlete who is a strong advocate of natural training and competition.
Trains each body part once every five days and include gymnastics once a
week.
Favorite exercise: bicep curls.
Keeps her reps in the 6-8 ranges. Believes in strict form when training.
In term of supplementation, she uses iNutrition protein powders, iNutrition Micronized L-Glutamine™ and takes her vitamins! She also uses Protein PM™ and iNutrition's new Protein 2 Go™ meal replacement bars.
She carries water everywhere to ensure sufficient consumption (approx 2 Litres / day).

Pat Woodcock - Wide Receiver-Edmonton Eskimos
Nutrition Strategy:
For the first 10-12 weeks, I eat clean during the week, and am a little more liberal on the weekends. For the last couple of months before the season starts, I maintain my clean eating on the weekends as well, and limit myself to 1 or 2 cheat meals.

I generally eat 5-6 meals per day, including protein in each one. I start with oatmeal, eggs, and fruit in the morning before training, and it is usually my biggest meal of the day. After training, I have a shake with coconut milk, fruit, iNutrition Whey™ protein, and Micronized L-Glutamine™. In the afternoon, I have 2 or 3 lunches, depending on my schedule. They will include a small portion of lean meat and vegetables/salad, or another iNutrition Whey™ protein shake. Dinner is a slightly larger portion of meat, and more vegetables. Depending on my training schedule, I may also add a small portion of brown rice. My final meal is a shake with ISOWhey Breezer™ protein, Micronized L-Glutamine™, and water, about an hour before bed.

Throughout the day, I supplement with iNutrition's HMB™, Tribolan™, and N.O.K.O™, as well as other vitamins. Before bed, I take iNutrition Z-Bol™ to help ensure my muscles recover through the night and I am ready for the next day.

Those are certainly some competitive individuals and there are more. I just figured you wouldn't want to read a book. Let's look at the compensation tomorrow, there is scant information on it right now because this is so new. This is truly a ground floor opportunity.

The iNutrition Beginning

So what is iNutrition all about? I signed up for an iNutrition review to check out the iNutrition opportunity and it certainly looks promising.

Here is a question and answers they state.

What makes an opportunity unique?

1. When there are truly NO MIDDLEMEN

2. When you deal directly with a 12 year old established
manufacturer that has 700 established retail products.

3. When you help to mold new products from the manufacturer.

That's some bold statements and below is a letter from the iNutrition CEO

Hi I am Tim Connolly, CEO of iNutrition.com. When we initially purchased iNutrition, a 12-year-old nutritional manufacturer from Canada, We just knew from day 1 what the HUGE potential of this company was! Even to this day I can hardly contain my excitement. In fact We believe in the potential so much we paid more than $25 million for the company!

Why did we pay so much for it? Great question! You see, it was already a well established manufacturer, wholesaler and distributor of high quality nutritional products. It was already successful and doing multiple millions of dollars in over 18 countries.

But they hadn’t even begun to tap into the huge multi-billion dollar health food, sports, weight loss and nutritional supplement market in the US. It's not that they hadn’t been successful, they hadn’t even tried! For personal reasons, the previous owners had already met their financial goals doing a little over 17 million in sales, of which most was in Canada alone!

Now for those of you who do not know, Canada has a total population of about 30 million. That means that the company sold approximately 56 cents per individual. Now I am a numbers guy, and the law of large numbers if planned correctly applies in ANY market and any country. Let's take the USA for example, 56 cents times 300 million US population.

Just in the USA alone, that is an easy 170 million in sales! Can you see the potential here? Imagine when we go global using the power of the internet, and YOU the affiliate! Can you see the potential commissions? YIKES it can be staggering! I humbly ask you to join me on this amazing brand new ground floor opportunity!
